Veg Biryani with Raita





Veg Biryani Ingredients:

1. Rice Two cups
2. Salt to taste
3. Turmeric Powder
4. Fresh vegetables like Potato, onion, cauliflower, tomatoes should be cut in to small pieces.
5. Oil two spoons

Heat oil, put the spices in that after two minutes add onion, fry for five minutes, than add Rice in that, than add two glass of water, close the lid of the pan. wait for some time until all water vaporizes. let the mixture be served, enjoy with Ghee or butter.


Raita

Take some curd, dilute it with water. add some chopped potatoes or Onion or Boondi(Indian item) add some red chilli, Jeera, salt mix it cool it and enjoy.
