Ingredients:
1. Rice 2 Cup
2. Salt
3. Butter or Ghee
4. chopped Onion
5. Vegetables chopped Carrot, Green Peas, Potato, Cauliflower, Capsicum
6. Spices Jeera(Cumin), Haldi(turmeric), Pepper, Red chilli etc.
Method:
Heat some Butter or Ghee in a Pan.
add some chopped onion when heated turn them red, add some spices in it. mix it
now add rice in it, then add some water, salt and vegetables.
heat it up to max half an hour. Two whistles in a Cooker.
Take some rice and check whether it cooked or not.
if cooked serve hot and enjoy.
