Ingredients to make Mango Suji Halwa
- 1 cup - Suji
- 1 cup - mango puree
- 1-2 cup - Milk
- 1 cup - sugar
- 1 tsp - saffron soaked in water
- 5-6 - almonds, chopped
- 4-5 - cashews, chopped
- 2-3 tsp - Desi ghee
How to make Mango Suji Halwa
- Heat ghee in pan and add suji, roast till it begins to give out a nice aroma.
- Add dry fruits and fry them for a minute, then add sugar. Stir till sugar crystal get dissolved. Then add mango puree and stir well for a minute. Then add milk in and stir it well so that no lumps remain. Add saffron in the end.
- Mango suji halwa is ready to serve.
