Mango Sujji(Semolina) Halwa

Ingredients to make Mango Suji Halwa

  • 1 cup - Suji
  • 1 cup - mango puree
  • 1-2 cup - Milk
  • 1 cup - sugar
  • 1 tsp - saffron soaked in water
  • 5-6 - almonds, chopped
  • 4-5 - cashews, chopped
  • 2-3 tsp - Desi ghee

How to make Mango Suji Halwa

  1. Heat ghee in pan and add suji, roast till it begins to give out a nice aroma.
  2. Add dry fruits and fry them for a minute, then add sugar. Stir till sugar crystal get dissolved. Then add mango puree and stir well for a minute. Then add milk in and stir it well so that no lumps remain. Add saffron in the end.
  3. Mango suji halwa is ready to serve.
