Ingredients to make Gajar ka halwa
- Cartots 2 kilogram
- Milk 2 litre
- mawa 500 gram
- Pure ghee 250 gram
- sugar 1 kilogram
- almonds and cashews to garnish
How to make Gajar ka halwa
- Wash and peel carrots
- Grind or grate carrots
- Put a vok on medium heat adding grinded carrots
- Add milk in it
- Cook well by keep stirring
- Add mawa
- Add sugar
- Fry well adding ghee
- Add chopped dry fruits
- Serve hot
